Am I fine to run 265/75R16's on my stock TRD '02 without rubbing and whatnot?

Thanks,
Chris

In my limited expertise you don't have a chance of fitting them.
You can try doing the pinch weld mod and trimming the front bumper (lower plastic part).
But I still don't think you will clear them.
I have an 03 TRD Double Cab with 265/75R16 SSR Super Swampers and I needed to add 3" suspension lift and a 2"BL to fit them without rubbing.

Hope I helped a little bit!
Cheers,
Scott

this is one of many threads talking about 32s and a stock truck...

I run 265/75 bfg at's. When I was stock running that size tire the only place i would rub was the frame at full turn and the pinch weld when i was turing and the suspension was articulating(like turning into a drive way w/ a curb). The rear would hit only under full flex and that was minimal rubbing.

If that is the equivalent of a 32" tire you will rub with no lift at a full turn and any slight bump at all. Speaking from experience, here. I actually rub my 33s with about 5" of lift.

swampers run big! i bet you actually have way more than a 32" tire.

depending on what tire you're looking for, bfg makes the ko in the stock size.

You'll be fine :D

My buddy had the 75's on a '03 stock, frame rub only. Off-road very very minimal rub on the flare.
