Not that my mallwheeler is anything compared to most of the trucks on here (although I'm psyched about how much better it looks than stock...), but I wanted to throw these pics out there so any fellow stock height '05 guys can see what 265/75/16s look like. The tires fit perfectly with no rubbing...on level surface anyway.

The rims are 16x8 MB Motoring (America's Tire Company's house brand), the "Rocker" model and they set me back $90 a piece on sale.

Total out-the-door price for wheels and tires was just under $1,000. That's including the $30 a tire they gave me for my stock tires w/18k on 'em, not including whatever I sell my stock rims for, and not including the $60 rebate that I'm due from BFG.

this cost can't be (or can it be?) including the install (mounting, balancing, valve stems, allignment check, and any kind of replacement plan) correct? also, they paid you $30 apiece for you old tires? i've never replaced tires that weren't actually needing replacement - that is cool to know that some places will buy tires from you (instead of having to pay them a disposal fee). i'm looking to get tires soon and my stockers only have 6500 miles on them (maybe i can get some cash for mine too). where did you go for service?
thanx

btw - truck looks very nice!

I checked the receipt to give you the exact numbers and it turns out I lied...the out-the-door price was just OVER a grand at $1,013.50. : ) It did include all that stuff you asked about, though. America's Tire Company rocks!!! I was blown away when the guy said he'd give me $30 a tire for the POS stockers that had 18,000 miles on 'em. With just 6500 miles on your tires you might want to sell the tires/wheels together since more people would be willing to buy them.

$155 tires x 4 = $620
$90 rims x 4 = $360
Install kit of lugs/stems/etc. = $20
$1.75 Environmental Fee x 4 = $7
$11 Installation and Lifetime Balancing x 4 = $44
Valves, rotations, lifetime repairs and "prorated" replacement plan = Included
$30 to me for tradein tires x 4 = ($120)
Sales tax 8.25% = 82.50
Grand Total = 1013.50

Then I've still got coming to me a $60 rebate from BFG and the $150ish I think I can sell my stock rims for, so my total upgrade cost is gonna be around $800. Whoa, I just got even more psyched with my purchase.
