Fj 62 ?s

My buddy just blew up his fj62 and he has a lot of money in it . It is all stock exept the new seats front and rear with all new suspension OME . This truck is mint no rust or dents ,and may just have a broken disributor (he thinks 0.He is pisset off at it and is willing to give to me cheep . I have 2 other prodjects (going tacoma & camaro) and not realy looking for another but this thing is mint , what would be the resale value working with stock motor or a sbc motor .What would be a good price to offer .

The hottest FJ is the 40 theyre purty expensive in any condition. The 62 as far as I know isnt highly sought after so unless its in pristine condition it should be too expensive. A guess would be 8k or less for a stocker or near stock.

My friend is willing to take anything . I was thinking 500$-1000$ and he will take the 500$ but kind of feel bad offering him that . It is mint all over but could have a dead motor .

Offer him whatever but if he'll take $500 then thats just more money left for you to put into it.

This truck is still for sale localy Bronx NY area . It is not mine , but the ower will sell cheep . It had a broken idle arm . I do not want it I have too many other prodjects . PM me if you are intrested .
