No space on webshots, and after leaving today planning on going to Gatlinburg with Anne, as soon as I got there and went to check in my SWAT commander called us in for a possible riot control situation at the Ford plant tomarrow if they annouce wheither or not there closing, so I had to come straight home and am kinnda tired, BUT..
It was the best time ever!! Sat Jack, Anne, Courtney, and myself rode in my truck and linked up with 874runner and ran 5,4,6. Then went back to the cabin around 2:00ish and started a fire and started drinking, shortly after others began arriving and we partyed like it was 1999 throughout the night!! Friggin fun times man!!
Woke up had breakfast, and ran 6,4,5 and called it a day. It was very muddy and slicker than owl poop, so instead of running guardrail and slickrock I just climbed striaght up the 9' rockface at Fains Ford after Jack attempted it and failed due to short wheel base and a friends tires, then the Jeep on 39.5"s failed as well due to the same reasons. I think the only reason I made it was because I was mashin my motor for Jesus today, with God as my copilot :D
It was one hell of a trip and a great time to be had by all. I am sure the stories will unfold and confuse anyone who was not there.

He saw them, may not recognize them, but he did. Right at the top of Lower 2. Patrick broke a birfield about 25 yards from the top. Everyone had to winch at the top to get around a couple of rocks...everyone except Chris. He was the only one to make it all the way up Lower 2 without winching (that was in our group) and everyone was on at least 36's.

Needless, to say, I had a blast. Very little sleep, but awesome company! Jack, Christian, Steve, Marshall, Kammy, Rick, Anne, Ed, Colby, Courtnee, and myself. We had a bunch of food, bunch of beer, and a good time. Big thanks to Ed again for hooking it all up for us! Yeah, it was muddy and messy, but nothing we couldn't handle. No breaks or body damage. There was nobody else on the trails, Sunday. We saw a couple motorcycles and a couple 4 wheelers, but that's it. Didn't really have to "mash my motor" this weekend. I had a couple of co-pilots looking out for me. "BANG!" "Courtnee, where were you on that one?!?!" Everybody started getting all poetic over the weekend, so I'm sure the quotes will come out, this week. Thanks again Ed for doing all that you did and to everybody that could make it. Rick, sucks you had to come back, early!

Poetry? ... in the guest book? ... did y'all read it the next day sober? Veerrry funny yes, Poetry ... I'm not sure about that. I better tell the owner to save it for us if he feels the need for censorship ... HA!!!!!
P.S.I liked the illustrations too ... they make you 'feel' the moment!

Were you up there?? Yea I talked to Patrick for a minute and hung out with Justin for a bit then left. Why didn't you come over and introduce yourself?
We saw your truck at the camp sight but I have no idea who you are, so I didn't know who to look for. Next time you see one of us call us out and introduce yourself.

Yeah I was there...I was riding with Billy in the silver TJ. I had the Carhart coveralls on. It was kinda being a bad day since my tent ended up filling with water and soaking my own coveralls....stupid 10 year old nylon tent. But that's why I got a good sleeping bag and a decent sized rear seat.
Oh well, NEXT time I'll be in the '83. If it hadn't been such a bad start I would have talked ot you guys.
