I am removing my door pins to replace them with the pins from Timberwolf. Am I correct that you have to chisel the little cap off of the pin and then drive the pin out? If so, which end is the cap you are supposed to be able to chisel off? I tried for a while today, and got nowhere. Thanks.

I believe this question has come up before. I think you do chisel off the top. The whole pin gets replaced, right? My recommendation would be to email Bryan or post on the TN board.

Yes, the whole pin gets replaced. One end of the stock pin has a bigger "cap" than the other.

I e-mailed Bryan, and he said to just cut them off since the chisel didn't work. I'm going to be doing that this weekend. :saw:
