Loose Bed bolts

Have you guys ever had a bed bolt loosen up on you? I sat on my tailgate this weekend and my bed popped up near the cab. I go to tighten it down and it is stuck solid. I couldn't tighten or loosen the thing. I have to go find a mechanic with an airgun to loosen it and/or tighten it. Those bolts shouldn't come loose!!

use some pb blaster on the bed bolts to loosen them up. get a breaker bar to get them off. add some blue loctite and re-install.

I tried the breaker bar...no bueno. I'll give it another shot. So I take it I'm not the only one who it has happened to?

it has not happened to me. make sure you soak it with some thread lube first (pb blaster), let it sit for 10 mins and then try the breaker bar.
