Steering problem.

Last night I noticed my power steering was lacking power when turning right. Turning left I have no problem with a lot less effort than turning right. At first I thought I was leaking fluid and that would be the problem. However, no leaks and the reservoir is full. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

If it's an IFS box, probably the seals inside are going bad. If they go really bad you will have almost no power at all (no pressure difference).

Yeah it's a ifs box. I'll see about getting a rebuild kit. Thanks!

i'd say its your pump, not the box.
rebuilding the pump is cake... the box is a pita... go easy first, then if that doesnt work rebuild the ifs box

Chuck could definitely be right, I assumed the box since you say there is no problem turning one direction, but problems turning the other.
