Cardone PS Pump

My PS pump is taking a dump as some of you know. I think I'm going to go to advance and get one of these "cardone" remans with a lifetime warranty blah blah. Is this brand decent?

I got a TRW idler arm from advance and it gets destroyed everythime I go offroad, good thing it has a warranty too. Last time I went and got a new one the guy asked me "were you jumpin this thing or something??"

Basically I am asking if this PS pump is gonna suck like that idler arm and have to be replaced alot? :rolleyes:

best bet is to rebuild your ps pump yourself with a toyota kit and check the clearances. When it comes to these aftermarket companies... they're pretty much all the same now-a-days. So your best bet is check prices and warranties.

Yeah well I think I'll just go with the reman one for now. I know the Toyota kit will fix a leaky pump, but my pump isn't really leaking. It just doesn't like to work and has slowly been getting worse. I am going to replace it before we go down to the pits this weekend, I would like power steering there.
