This is me. The blue crap is tape for my magnetic body armor, works pretty well but still had some minor dents (that 6x6 gravel truck hit me!)

magnetic body armor that requires tape...that's a new one. but there's so much of a rim flare out over the tires and body i'd figure that and sliders would eat it well before the sides got munched on, unless ya do a slide/partial roll, in which case I doubt that 'body armor' is gonna protect much. just can't be that thick.

My guess is that it would just help with scratches from the tree limbs that rub across your body panels. But, all in all, if you're that worried about your ride that you use blue masking tape to protect it, you probably shouldn't be at Tellico in the first place!

I'll send you some I got hit by the 6x6 gravel truck ner my bed on the driver side. The only other carnage I had was bending the skid plates, slide marks on frame and rock sliders, and a broken rear swaybar link. Basically normal rock stuff. I was happy with how it did considering it is 100% show room stock down to the tires.

They hold ok but will fly off if you go over 40 mph so we use that blue painters tape to keep it on there and its easy to peel off.

Yeah everything went fine. The blue H3 destroyed a center cap and on the way down 5 John? white H2 got his rear d-side door real good. But other than that no carnage.
I actually got my rear quarter panel good too but I didnt notice till we were done so Im not sure exactly where I did the damage. Im workin on getting my pics up.

Hmm not too many on my truck, the big one one the d-side was a fence post :( lol (dont ask) the rest are from various rocks and trees.

Here's one I got Sunday. I didnt realize it until later that night at the gas station b4 I went home. I figure it occured coming into the creek on Fains Ford off the ledge or taking the "fun" line into the creek on 5. I remember hearing a bang on both drops but never noticed the dent until later, so Im not real sure which place it happened.

Well lemme try and remember... Sheesh I think I left at 10am after I found out all you bastards left while I was in the shower (bye love you guys too :p).

So I get to Trail 4 around 11:25 wheel up trail 4 to 11 up 11 to Guardrail, nothing happening there (met 6 guys on atvs) turned around went back down 11 to 4 out to 5
w/o seeing anyone else.

Stopped and had lunch when I got to the bottom of the L2 access road. It was around 2pm. So then I head up to L2 (luckily b/c I almost droeve to Green Cove just to burn some time and I would have never met the Hummer people) as soon as I round the corner at the top i see a black H2 weeeeeeeeeee :D So I convinved them to try trail 6-4-5. We prob started that around 2:45 or 3. Took our time, they took lots of pics and did a lot of spotting w/ the big vehicles.

It got dark on us at Fain's Ford (7:15 or so) and we crossed the creek on 5 around 8:30. Got back over to the last gas station around 9:15 aired up (in the dark :rolleyes: yay) got back to Ed's at 10:00 and got home at 1am

The great thing about this shrimp kbob recipe is you can put anything on it and make "it to go". Buy your shrimp on the skewer from your local market. I like to spray the shrimp kbobs with spray Mazola or drizzle some oil on them. Then after seasoning you can put in ziploc bages and throw in the cooler for a great dinner later. After oiling each side then add whatever spices you like, i.e. garlic, ground peppr, Old Bay and some kind of cajan seasoning. I don't like hot but this is just enough to make it good. While cooking apply butter and lemon juice if possible.
