Looks simple enough so you could knock one together in your garage. Just buy a totalled car to get the engine then soup it up and build the rest. It dosen't look any more complicated than a rock buggy. It just has a different suspension and purpose is all.

Up the anty and add an intercooler and some NOS into the mix......I bet you could get that thing to pop wheelies with enough tweaking! :eek:
