Don't know if ya'll are aware of this or not. Rick was out on his shift the other night when he got a call that sent him to a location. When he got there, he quickly realized that a civilian had attempted to pick a fight with Chuck Norris. Rick quickly radioed back to the station that there was a 24-11 in progress. Attempted suicide!
