The axle is ready to have the knuckes turned. :kewl:
I have all of the weekends in May off at this time and I am seeing if anyone can lend an hand rotating the axles on the dana 44. I don't have a welder to do this with, but I have a few open breaker slots if some one can bring one. I can also bring it to someone's place that has a welder if they are kind enough to host this project. I will supply beer and food. :xbeer1:
If you can help please post a date you to help and if you have a place with a welder and don't mind us doing this at your place.
Thanks,
Chris

I have an idea how to do it from talking to Kyle and he did mention it would take around 4 of us to do this. If you are free the weekend we work on it that would be great.

Why don't we do it this way. You help me set up my breaker box for my welder and you can bring the axel over to the new house and we can do it there and you can leave it there for however long you need to as I should have plenty of room until I get the 82 over there. I would need some info on how to do it as I haven't done one before, but I suppose that if we can figure out where to cut it and how much to turn it and cut it perfectly straight that it would be no problem. Let me know!
GOT COPE?

I'll take you up on that offer. Thanks Marshall. What are you doing next weekend? If you want to work on the house then I am game. I'll try to get a little more information about how to rotate the axle. Depending on how much we have to do to the house we may have to work on the axle another weekend. I'll give you a call later this week.
Good luck on the move. I would be there if I didn't have to go to this wedding for Kim.
