Newbie on the loose

Hello Everybody, Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm in the process of selling my 4x4 van (http://www.pocketlounge.com/4x4van.htm) and am looking at an 06 Tacoma Dbl Cab Long Bed. I have found a few of the dealerships in the denver area don't have the model i want except for Mountain States Toyota. They have 2 silver Sports on the lot and it's exactly what I want. I test drove it and they offered me $28,250. Do you guys think its a good deal? it's a dbl cab, long bed, trd sport, tow package. It doesn't seem that bad to me ( a few hundred over invoice)

Some mods I will be looking to do are
Wheels and Tires (will try to get 285 or 275's in)
ToyTech 3 inch lift
Allpro Front Bumper (haven't really made up my mind on it yet)
Probably some kind of K&N airfilter or intake.
Alcan add a leaf
Hellwig Helper Springs
Four Wheel Slide In Camper - Eagle

If you guys have any advice it would be great.
I would have bought it on the spot if somebody would buy my van.
