whistle noise

I have a 2004 PreRunner V6 ext. cab. Between 45 and 60 MPH I have a whistle noise that I can't find the source of,it seems to be louder in colder weather. Anyone else with this problem?

Yeah, I have a '01, and it recently started making a whistling noise on the freeway. It was not originally there, and the only thing that I know changed with it was the antenna. I put a half-height antenna of the same style on, but I am convinced that this is not the cause.

The noise bugs me a lot, but I have no idea where it is coming from.

I had the same problem a while back. Now that you mentioned it, I just remember that it just went away. I'm sorry I can't help you any but maybe yours will go away too.

is it maybe the seals on the doors? colder weather makes them react different.

i had to break into my truck threw the sliding rear window and ever since then my sliding windo wistles!
