I agree with Derek, Az Drivelines. Talk to Steve only, avoid Oscar. Mine came out REAL nice at a good price. Steve is pretty familiar with Josh, tell him you were recommended by Josh, Derek, and Myself. I'll be having my front done by him when it's time.

Phoenix Rack and Axle did mine. They came recommended by several guys with really stout rigs. One day turn around and came out awesome and for a much better price than I was quoted by a couple "hi-angle" places. I was told to ask for Bernie, and he really took care of... as far as the driveshaft goes anyway
Inchworm 4.7 should be at the house this week but will not have time to put it in untill the wekend after memorial.

If it's not to late, insist, no, demand the heaviest wall tubing they have. 0.135 to 0.156 x 3" can be balanced by a good shop. If you don't mind a little shake, build it with 0.25 wall.
We have a shop up here that builds SCORE/CORE d'shafts. (read; some stout stuff) He's done outstanding work for me and several others here localy.

I would not run .250 wall on a daily driver. For one thats alot weight spinning around on the tranny and diff bearings. Also... if the driveshaft had a failure while at high speeds... that heavy shaft is going to be dangerous. If its just a crawler thats trailered... then go for it.
Just my opinion.

Yogi is correct - if it's a commuter, stay with the 0.135 to 0.156 wall stuff. The stock tube is way to thin for trail use. Do it right once instead of rebuilding it again and again...

my rear section of the rear DS is .188 wall its smooth up to 100MPH. Nate has .250 on his DD. I agree I wouldn't run that high either.
