well it has started i have made my first cut and have 80 feet of 1.75 seemed tubing to start the exo and sometime next week i get the rest of my steel:

80 feet DOM 1.75 tubing
80 feet seemed 1.75 tubing
20 feet 2" angle
8x4' tread plate

nice work, going to get some new shackles put on friday,brians setup has the sides plates sitting on the bolt threads and it basically ground down to less than 1/2 the bolt,sounds safe huh? and then do my hydro assist again next week i hope,then i can start thinking about flat beds and exo cage,sold my axle though!!
