Where to mount brake controller?

Trying to figure out where I should mount my trailer brake controller. Any suggestions? Pics would be great!

I mounted mine to the bolt on the left of the center console. I used the front most screw. It kinda sits there on an angle. It doesnt look terrible, and it is within reach.

Bump. Anyone mounted one on an 05+??? Can't figure out where to mount in my 08. Any help/pics?

I ended up mounting mine to the left of the steering wheel. I used the only dummy switch to feed the wire thru and moved the clutch start cancel button over one. It worked out pretty good. I would take some pics, but I have taken it out for now because I don't tow a trailer that much. The only problem I had when it was mounted vertically on the left side was the numbers were upside down. It took some getting used to but I got it figured out.
