So I flew into San Jose California today and not 10 minutes after I leave the airport I see a SAS'd third gen pickup with a tubed flatbed and beat up sheet metal cruising down the freeway! :cool:

Then on my way south, I see a second gen truck just north of Hollister hills (home of the Top Truck Challenge!) Which I then drove right by! :kewl:


Just thought I would remind everyone how cool CA is!


Oh and I saw some sweet Heeps too but who cares! :lmao:

Thats cool man, I miss Az. Every student that we send to Yuma, Az or Cali I sit down and tell them about wheeling. Some of them don't get it but a few do. I can only hope that in two years I get stationed back in Yuma, Az. I don't want to get stationed in Cali. Yuma is on the Az/Ca state line so its close enough.

Yeah well at least here if you have a SASed Toyota you have something special and rare. I had a guy stop me and talk to me about my SAS the other day at the gas station, man do I feel special.

Yeah I do like the way people look at my rig when I drive around town but everone there automatically assumes your a mudder! Fawk that. Why the heck do you think my liscence plate says ROK RUNR!?! I hear you on the feeling special thing but the comradery out here is HUGE! Take our tight nitched little club and multilpy it like 20 fold and thats what you can get out here! Oh well. Soon enough, besides I am gonna miss all you rednecks when I leave! :p
