so troy came over today to help me with the bumper install since its 77lbs and im 114lbs LOL
anywho! the instructions that came with it were not 100% correct...
it said to unclip the plastic clips on the bumper cover, and it would come off...
there were screws.. and the skid plate had to come off for me before i could even get the bumper off.
sooo ya undo all the screws on this sides and bottom...

(see the screw here:)

after ya undo all the screws on the bumper, undo and take down your skidplate:
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b69223000000007100IZMWzVsyZMS
when you pull the bumper out and away a little you will uncover these (in the fender well) you need to undo them too
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b54a33d00000007100IZMWzVsyZMS
while looking down through the grille at the bumper, you have all these little pop clip guys you need to undo (flathead screwdriver to lift the top part up)
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b55220c00000007100IZMWzVsyZMS
example of where the pop clip guy came from (looking down from top of grille)

after those are done (i think there were 4) you should be good to take off the bumper and look like this:
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b53220a00000007100IZMWzVsyZMS
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b50a33900000007100IZMWzVsyZMS
then you have to remove the metal bumper support (on pretty effin good, so get a pipe for your wratchet):
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b51220800000017100IZMWzVsyZMS
and then you look like this:
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b5ea33700000017100IZMWzVsyZMS
you then remove the grille (some pop clips and bolts)
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b5f220600000017100IZMWzVsyZMS
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b5ca33500000017100IZMWzVsyZMS
then you have to reposition the AC line
remove this bracket on the driver side and push the line to be snug up against the metal radiator supports
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b5d220400000017100IZMWzVsyZMS
then put on your bumper:

you can see AC line here (after it has been moved)
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b58a33100000017100IZMWzVsyZMS
this is how close it fits even after repositioning... i am gonna grind the bumper down some so its got a little clearance.. and make it round instead of sharp

here is what the little skid plate looks like.. my only *complaint* is that the support braces on the bumper line up in the middle of the holes, instead of between holes...

and you can see here where you need to cut off your inner fender liner...
http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6d805b3127cce98548b44a32d00000007100IZMWzVsyZMS
i was only test fitting it to make sure it fit before i painted it... (ive learned ALWAYS test fit before painting) so i didnt re-install the grille or cut out the fender linings or put the skid plate back on....
and i didnt take pictures of all the install b/c some of the steps were right along w/ the provided instructions and were super easy..
anyways its a very nice fitment and definitely makes the approach angle WAY WAY WAY better!
and its a hella nice bumper IMHO.
