I don't need gears...just wondering what brand they had for those prices. If they are Generals we all know the "quality" there but if something like PG or other equivalent those are great prices. Judging by the "regular" or list prices posted I imagine they are the cheap Chinese bargan gears but it would be nice to know for sure.
Ditto on their seriously lacking customer service...been there, wrote the letters, made the phone calls, had the shouting matches...
i dont give a rats butt about precision gears.. thats what i broke last year on 35's and 4.88's, dick did as well with 35's and 4'56's. Precision gear is no better than anyone else from my experience... i got yukons now and am waiting to wheel the rubicon, fordyce, Dusy, and moab this year...we shall see if yukon can get me through this season with 37's
based on NWOR shitty customer service, I wouldnt bother giving them any money, even if you are saving a few bucks. I much rather give Summit Racing my money. They have the fastest shipping, best customer service, and awesome selection. Now thats a great vendor

I called PORC today to see if they would beat those prices and they wont even match them because they are superior gears....It would have been cool to get some Yukons for $137!
PORC qouted me 139 for the gears for a non trd rear end today..... not sure what brand, i am assuming yukon gears considering thats what they sold me last year.
I think hytenor knows something about how many places actually cut gears and then sell under whatever branded name....

I've been told that there are only a few factories that actually make the gears from scratch. I have no idea how many places cut them after they are cast.

Thats kind of wierd...I think the guys name that I talked to was Billy and he told me that he couldn't match anything b/c they werent the same brands. Oh well...
