Blue Torch FabWorks, Inc has been building world class rock crawlers for many years. From the rigs we build many product ideas have moved to a production item for us. Our experience building rigs can be shown in the parts we offer. For instance, when building a four link with stand alone coils we have heard over and over about what coils to use. Well, we decided to make a bracket set that uses a 3 inch dia coil from a 2.5 coil over shock. The great thing about this idea is you can dial in the spring rate you need and the lenght you need for YOUR specific application. How often is a TJ coil going to be absolutly perfect for your project? Another great thing about this method is the coild dia is smaller to fit on to tighter areas.

Click the above link. On the product page you will find a 3d model that you can spin around with your mouse to see how the bracket system goes together.

On our website we also offer this part for mounting on round tube.

If you have any questions about this part please give us a call or shoot over a PM.

Thanks
Dan

great looking stuff. This is actually how I did my coil setup on my taco. Difference was I used coils for a 2" coilover. Products look good, I could have done this and saved a lot of time/work.
For anyone thinking about this setup I recomend it, my setup (very similar) works great on and off road. It drives much better than my leafs and performs great offroad. It is also a cheaper way to go as opposed to coilovers.
And with BTF making the parts you can bet they are top notch. ;)
