My front diff is leaking, so I am going to try to get that fixed this weekend. Maybe next weekend.

I think everyone is working on their trucks this weekend...from last weekend. I need to work on mine as well. But be on the lookout hopefully we can get a run together w/ the Southern guys soon.

Yeah Im out to for this weekend..I have a leak coming from some where..Think its timing chain so I will be tearing that apart and replacing the gasket and oil seal..I told you guys Richloam does not like me...Everytime I go there I end up having to fix something :(

No challenge, that can get me into alot of trouble. Actually I would really like to wheel with you, Neil, Mike, Iggy and Steven. It would need to be on a Saturday, that way we can wheel pretty much all day. Then I can do that long drive home on Sunday.

Maybe richloam does not like me also. That or my truck just don't like the deep water. Been out there the last 3 weekends in a row. So far I am out an AC compressor ,alternator, leaking front diff, and a wet truck that smells really bad.lol Still had a lot of fun though, and can't wait to go back.

I just received a few upgrades for the Tacoma (need time to install), In about two weeks I'll be ready to go again.

Well I am officially out until after the baby is born ( mid September) and then only short day runs until the end of October. Really it just gives me time to build a slug of bumpers, sliders, and other stuff that you'all have been asking me for.

Ok so let's set a date like 3 or 4 weeks out on a Saturday and decide were we can ALL, (southern, northern and central) go for a run. The more the merrier. We can post the run on all sites so everyone has the opp. to come. If the date is bad we change it so everyone can go. Sound good?

Yeah I just replaced my alternator yesterday to..It was full of grass and sand...Have timing chain oil seal and gaskets to do and still have that nasty ass smell in mine to...My seat is soked...have to sit on a towel to help soke it up and it's even better when it sit's outside in the hot sun all day then u open the door and the smell hits you..O yeah and have to wipe the windows down on the inside in the morn...I have to pull the back carpet out to..maybe we'll do Citrus next time:D

We already have a chapter wide "takeover" planned for November in ONF. But if everyone wants to do a day run before that then I am down for that also!

I've been cleaning mine since we last went to Richloam. It's due for the 15000 mile service and the service guy at the dealer asks every time I go in for service : What's that for? (Hi-lift jack) Why are your side steps welded on? What do you need such aggressive tires for?? (BFG AT) I tell them I just drive it down some flat dusty trails. :rolleyes:

My son called me the other day and said his clutch is hard to push in and squeeks really loud.

And this morning I found gear oil on my driveway. My front diff, left output shaft seal is leaking. SOOOOO...... I will be spending this weekend cleaning the HELL out of my Tacoma and going to the dealer on Monday and play stupid (that will be easy) and get it fixed under warranty.

I knew I hated Richloam for a reason. Last time I was there about 8-9 years ago I tore up my Jeep there too.

Yeah he was pushing it perty good though....Did he change the fluid..mine was doing same thing...had water in mine...just remined me that I have to extend tranny an transfer case breathers sunday


Richloam is fun...That will let you know about your weak spots for sure...Still had a blast...I still want to see more pics and video :D

Yea, he was pushing it purdy hard. At one point I thought he was going to flip it at the last place he got stuck and pulled out AGAIN. I think it was his clutch pedal pivot. He sprayed it with lube and it's better now. He did have water in the trany and he changed it out when we got home and power washed our trucks.

The leaky seal on my '05 must have started leaking after Richloam because I didn't have any water in my front diff.

I need to find my breathers for my trans and transfer case. I looked but can't find anything.

I still have some pics, I keep forgetting to bring my camera to work to download. I'm writing my self a note. "Self bring camera to work."
Havn't seen any videos. Who took those ?

I don't care why it broke, it's just broke.lol I am still going to go back to richloam. But maybe this time I will try to keep the water out of the inside of my truck. I've put 100,000 miles on my truck in the 3 years I have had it and these are the only problems I have had with it. So I can't complain to much.

Mine is waterproofed.....Just needed to extend tran and transfer breathers and Im fine...As far as the seals going out o well..Im sure some of them are orig and were going out..The P/O never did anything even close to what I do so I already know things are going to happen and thats fine cause that just shows me where the weak links are...Just happenes that when I go to richloam they pop up...I was in ONF in deeper water then that and had nothing happen..Will I go back hell yeah cant wait...and for the water inside thats why I dont have a good radio or carpet cause now that I have the snorkel I like trying the deep stuff...Its fun
