Real Deal Diff Covers, 3/8" Thick from RuffStuff!
You may not have noticed we have lowered our prices for them. We have been getting a very serious demand for them and quantities like these allow us to lower the prices. We still are selling mostly Kits to shops but fully welded covers are catching up.....

This is one of the covers made up pretty! It looks so good powdercoated that I think it will be our official advertising cover! Next to it is a sample of the Kit so you can really see how thick they are!

We only make these in a 3/8" thick model, it only costs' us $2 more than if we made it out of 1/4" so why bother with 1/4" at all? We also make these exclusively from A50 Plate, it is a very dense Steel and again, it isn't really that much more to make them that way so why not? I think they were originally designed by someone from the Henry Ford or Daimler era, we just improved them by making them out of 3/8" plate. We do not put a drain plug in these because anywhere in the drain area is a bad choice, rocks will either immediately make it unusable, or they will open it for you. Think about drain plugs and the problems we have with them in the rocks.

I should mention that we have always had an unconditional guarantee on these and all of our products!

We are adding 6 more covers to the lineup in the next 2 months and another 6 over the next 6 months so if we don't make yours yet keep checking back.

OH! Did I forget to mention that the TOR10 10% discount is good on these and anything we sell? My bad  , and that shipping is only $11.50 because we can fit 2 in a USPS Flat Rate Box! ;)

And the FJ40/60 will be available late next week! And it will actually fit over the ring gear! 3/8" thick..

Swap for the front IFS because the Toy fronts are getting harder and harder to find, and the D44 cover is only $110 thin dollars! BEFORE the 10% discount!! ;)

Those are hella beefy! I ordered a damn rockcrusher from mad4wd which hasn't showed up in 2 months, i'll give it a bit longer before i cancel my order but those are very appealing!

Don't always keep up with them though, ran out of 14 bolt shells Sunday, 75 more in stock today but they need welding, only 22 D60's left til Thursday, however we do have 36 D44's in stock, welded up and ready to go!

Is there any plans to make something simmular for a toyota axle? A weld on dif armor made from 3/8 plate would take away my fear of bumping by diff into a rock.

For the kits how does one keep them from warping when you weld them up?

For the kits how does one keep them from warping when you weld them up?

You take your time, low heat, cooling periods, and a heavy tack weld in every corner.
