Why'd you have to go and get my hopes up. I emailed Marlin Crawler with my trucks info and asked if they sold a drop in gearset or a compete 4.7 single case and this was the response I got:

We don not offer a drop in gear set for the Tacoma’s because they have a chain drive T-case. Depending on if you do a solid axle swap and what axle you use we can do a 4.7 setup for that application. But as of now, no we do not have a gear set for the Tacoma’s.

Oops. My bad - thought the 4cyl Tacos were like the 4cyl preTacos and had gear drive transfer cases.

Since mine is a V6, I'm stuck with a chaindrive too, I feel your pain. :rofl:

When I find a bunch of gear drive transfer cases in CO, I'll send you one.

Did you talk to inchworm too? I think they specialize in Tacos more (I always think of Marlin as pretaco...)
