So the typical 62'' Deaver pack. It has a few different arches right? RIght now my front coilovers are at 2.5'' and I don't mind a little stinkbug. Anyways when you bought your pack what arch did you get? I could be totally talking out of my ass here but this is just what I was told haha.

they come in 1" (10.5" arch), 3" (12.5" arch) and 5" (14.5" arch) lifts I believe...but the arches are designed for how much weight will be carried, not how much lift you want. You can adjust how much lift you want out of them by shackle length and placement.

My shackles are mounted thru the frame and the 62's have 10.5" of arch. I have two spares with no fuel cell. No stinkbug here.

I just posted this pic on another thread but it's the only level shot i have.

You buildin a racer? Or do you just want the fuel cell of the possibility of racing?

no...that arch is designed for a lot of weight. you should be fine with the 10.5" arch. even the 10.5" is designed for a few spares, bedcage and fuel cell.

you've also got a little more lift up front than him...your rear end looks like it's lower than mine with just stock leaves and shackles though...

I beg to differ. The springs are a bit tricky. You need the ride heighth out of the F67, but you need the spring rate of the F55. I have a doublecab with one spare and a fuel cell and I already lost a couple inches of ride height. If you plan on running 2 spares and a fuel cell, I would at the very least, recommend the F67 pack.

OK thanks for the responses. I'll talk to James at Truck Shop about it some more.
