this depends on if you can do the work yourself or if it has to go to a shop,(the price that is) and how crazy you get with the upgrades. i have limited knowlege on IFS trucks but eric (asb2s3100) is a wealth of knowlege on the subject. he has a runner himself. in my opinion the best mod to do to any stock truck is to put a locker in the rear differential. this will greatly increase the ability of your rig.
pirate.com has a lot of info as well but can be harsh for newbies who ask questions. this site in my opinion is best surfed thruogh
