I am going to go to Jegs today to get some redline oil for my diffs/tranny today. Don't know if anybody has ever stoped in a Jegs but unless you have a mustang or camaro they give you a lot of crap. What makes it worse is I drive an import so I get double the crap. Sucks since they are the only company in Columbus that sells Redline. Just thought I would share, since I am board at work and it is raining out.

Summit carries Redline too - that's where I got mine. And their store is COOOOOOL.

Yeah, whenever I go to Jegs I usually have to have the exact part number of what I'm looking for when I go in. When I ask for stuff for my Tacoma, they basically say "We don't carry anything for that." When I went in to get the Centerforce clutch for my 4 cyl Tacoma their jaws about dropped. Even when I had my Mustang I got crap because they are more into Chevys. I wish that there were a Summit here in Columbus. At least then they would have some competition and maybe drop some of their attitude.

 now days ford's and chevy's are imports, and yota's and honda's are built in the good old US...
I love how people still think of chevy's and ford's as "American"

So, what were Jegs prices on the redline stuff?

There price is not bad, I paid 7.99 a quart for there heavy weight shockproof gear oil. Which is the cheapest around for any synthetic gear oil.

I think that's the same price as Summit.
That heavy shockproof is good stuff! Do you use their MT90 too?

I use the MT90 for the tranny/transfer. Never have a problem shifting gears when I use this stuff.
