Hey let's say I want to ditch my ABS. Simple enough. Does toyota have a NON-ABS hard-line kit for the 04 extra cab?
What I'd like to do is take the new lines and drop them in place of the old ones and just fill 'er up. It's simple, as long as they already have something on the shelf that I can drop in.

It'd be simpler to temporarily disable the ABS, because you can always go back.

Yeah I know, but I want that unit out of the engine compartment so I have some room for another battery etc.

Well, then you'll likely have to buy each brake line and replace them.
The avatar is a guy to watch out for; he's dangerous.

LOL.
Yeah that's what I planned on. If it's like 400 bucks though, then it would be much cheaper for me to get a line flare kit and tube bender and make my own ;)

why a second battery? Why not put it in the bed?

Just prefer to keep it up front. Less wiring to mess with generally and safer since I don't have a camper on the back yet. I plan on building up an expedition vehicle, but I'd rather save space in the back for other items, and worry less about battery acid should it leak.
