The FL4WDA annual meeting and election is now set. Please plan to attend.

The FL4WDA Annual Meeting and Campout will be held January 12-14, 2007 at the Lake Oklawaha Campground in Ft. McCoy. http://www.ocalajeepclub.com/Event%20Calendar/lake_ocklawaha_resort.htm (http://)

The meeting will be Saturday morning (an agenda will be posted later) with dinner provided on Saturday night by the Ocala Jeep Club. Please bring a covered dish to share with everyone (Palatka is about 20 minutes away, Super Wal Mart and BBQ places available there). A raffle will be held Saturday night.

Everyone make plans to attend! Its one of the best campouts of the year.

What type of wheeling is this ? Just trails ?

In 2 weeks, I'll be lifted 3.5" with a locker and 33" all-terrains, I just wanna make sure it's something I'll be able to handle....

Also anyone been to the campgrounds ? How is it ? I see they have showers, I can assume hot water too.... We usually camp with no power, bathhouses etc... and I usually have to heat my own water and bring my own water bellow, pump, and showerhead to clean up at the end of the night.... Just trying to figure out what to bring....

damn it I actually got the weekend off but still not sure on if the agenda was changed. I might have family stopping by that weekend from out of state. I also haven't finished my front bumper or even mounted my winch but it could be great motivation for the upcoming week.... at least to mount the winch for use.

Hey, I went to Palatka for a meeting today. If anyone needs/wants to get firewood I found 2 places 1 at the intersection of 13 and 16, may be pricey, dunno. The other is on 17, 5 miles south of 16. The house is on the west side of the road. There was a big pile there, did not see a price though. Have fun!

Pembroke Pines, you are right down the street from me...Yea, I think me, Anthony, Chaz, and ?? are meeting up at 3 or 3:30am...If it's at the first rest station after the Boca exit on the turnpike we'll wake you up!!

I talked to chaz today. He'll probably be driving up with cory. He can only run 60mph, chaz will drive up with him in the afternoon on friday. My drive up will be determined wether or not I get friday off or not.... I REALLY dont want to drive up over night sat morning, love to head up friday afternoon. But we'll see. Dom, I'd hate to let you drive up there alone, I may fly by night just so you have someone to drive up with. It's a pretty good drive and it sucks driving alone, freaking out about breaking down etc....

That would be nice...I work Fri. evening and my girl has class till like 8 or 9 I think...I'll just drive up early as shit on Sat. morning...I don't mind driving at that time anyways...If you want to head up with me it would def. be less boring and my gf would prob. feel better that I wasn't makin' the journey alone...I'm ordering new HD rear links tomorrow of the FJ (the stock ones are weak and are already bending)...I'm hoping they hold up this weekend or I'm gonna be screwed (knock on wood)...

I would if I could but it's harder when it depends on your clients..I'm a personal trainer and my friday evening clients have no other time to train but sat. morning...And I'm def. not doing that and I can't afford to not train the 2-3 people that evening as that is going to be my spending money this weekend...

Actually it would only be like a 25 minute drive if I didn't have to backtrack 10 miles to get there, they need to build a bridge across the lake it would save me 20 miles!
