Hey guys, hope you all had a good Christmas. Anyways, I was wondering if any of you boxed in your frames? I know they're pretty weak and need reinforcing. It already looked like mine started bending a bit on the passenger side right where it arches up and levels out (under the bed)

!!!!!!!!!!Reinforce the inside with sheet chromo, weld it in about 1/8" from the edge of the frame to make a I-beam/boxed frame. !!!!!!

Contact Jason Demello, that should be enough for a start. To really do it you need to remove the gas tank and do what sicky gnar gnar said haha

Not too difficult if you can weld. Take the bed off, remove spare tire mount, drop gas tank ( there's only 4 lines to disconnect), make a template out of cardboard etc, transfer it to what ever metal you'll use ( I used 1/8 cold rolled) tack it up and stitch it all together. (Make sure you've got enough wire and gas...) :welder:
