crank down coilovers to change camber?

if i were to crank down my coils would it change the camber positive a little? right now i am sitting a few degrees negetive, and it seems like it is cranked pretty high, plus the allignment bolts are maxed..

i took it to the frame shop but i still can tell its a little neg.... i changed the spindle the other day because they told me it was bent,, and i mesured it when it was off and it was about 3/16s different... but i do think it is a little high in the front.
