yea sort of, i got some good info today from my buddy who ran a diesiel shop, so i have a good idea for years, makes, stuff to stay away from etc...but would be interested in seeing what they have, i knew you'd know what was up, what do you suggest, looks like late 90's ford, and dodge 3/4 ton with a 7.3l, or 12 valve cummins are the way to go, reliable, and not too many parts wearing out, or factory problems like alot of the diesiels, oh yea i dont know how to spell diesiel worth a shit, hahahahaha

You really have a bunch of choices when it comes to buying a diesel. I know you said you would like to keep it under $10,000. That is kind of easy to work around. The problem with the older trucks under 10k is that there milage will be up around 200k plus, which is not a problem with diesels. As for the ford 7.3L, some of the early ones were non turbo and some had a small turbo and so on. They are really realible trucks with not a bunch of that computer. junk. As for the Dodge 12v, these is also a good truck. Both of these trucks could be moded for more power. I know of one 7.3L for really cheap right now. Are you wanting 2wd or 4wd? If you want to just give me a call of shoot me a PM.

yea, snow rock crawling is a whole new sport, lots of skinny, combined with the highest gear you can pull, and dont let off til your through the obstacle, or 180 from where you started, that happened alot this weekend
i also went out to bangs canyon on sunday to go rock climb, but had to do some really fun snow wheeling to get back into this area, it would be a great place for lesser built rigs to go play in the snow, and not worry about breaking or getting stuck in a bad sitution, maybe we can put a run together within the next month and get you kids over here to play! theres also a good little play ground to fool around on
oh you think thats classic, just wait, just wait, hahaha
