sorry but cheap and 6'' dont go together when your talkin 80 series. but you'd be surprised where you can go w/ the Old Man Emu lifts at 2.5 -3.5'' and there are some new competition springs available in 4'' and 5''. if you havent bought it yet id hold off if it doesnt have the factory f/r lockers available 95-97 w/ the 1fzfe engine. best budget compromise: get the OME "j" springs and add a 1.5 inch spacer(net 5-5.5''), N74 L shocks and castor plates instead of bushings and hope for no driveline grrrrrrrrrrrr.

93+ had the option for factory locks, not just 95+. Caster plates with J's or more requires a double cardon driveshaft. You could run the slee control arms with j's and 1" spacer and not need a DC shaft. OME shocks suck, get some bilsteins or explorer pro-comps in 12" flavor with eye adapters (coil-over mounts from AA-mfg.com).

any bilstein shock doesnt compare to any pro comp. Apples and oranges. Hard to beat the price of the pro comp, but bilstein is worth every penny :2cents:

I wouldn't say that, the 5000 series bilsteins aren't any better than the equivelant pro-comp, and with the pro-comp you know whether you're getting a "firm" shock or a "soft" shock.
Now if you're talking 7000 billys, those are awesome, and except for the lack of a rubber/poly bushing, I'd snag up a set of those if I had the dough.
