11.5 up front (strapped off) and 16 in the rear (strapped off)
no glass fenders in the rear until i put a t100 axle under it.. and right now i just want to go drive it in the dirt...
No offense taken, i was just putting a point across.

when you do the t100 axle are you going to beable to just swap the third member over out of your old axle? i asked this awhile ago on the utah board im some one said yes you could but i dont think they where 100% sure
and the truck looks great

The T-100, Tundra, non-TRD Tacoma use the 8.4 diff (210mm). The TRD Elocker is 8 inches (200mm). If you have a non TRD tacoma, you can swap diffs, if you have the elocker it will not bolt up.

nope, elocker wont just swap over, on ryans truck the first axle he had we swapped teh bolt ring off the trd axle onto his non trd t100 rear end... worked good it really doesnt matter as far as teh trd part goes, i rarely use it anymore.

Nice rig man, I've always loved desert trucks, but we have no desert on the east coast. It's hard to tell, but is your bed tube tied into the roll cage?

Beards, you can order seatmounts, i did have them bolted to teh floor at one time, but i mounted them to the cage now.. its much stronger that way

Yes it goes threw the cab and connects to the cage.. the cab is also welded up to those bars to remove all movement

Why do you have the TC kit strapped off at only 11.5" when it can safely pull about 13"? Are you using modified Tundra CV's or custom widened Taco ones? Also what size tires are you running and how do they clear the stock bedsides at 16" of travel? Did you pull the bedsides a little bit? Just curious...
Looking really good! :D

I call it strapped off at 11.5 to be safe, im sure the kit pulls 13" but i dont want to take the chance of breaking a spindle off... (ive already cracked one pretty bad as you know) ive replaced it since then... i might let a little more off when i pickup the spindle gussets and put them on. What i need to do is pull my shocks again, cycle it and set the limit straps up at that time.. not after teh shocks are on.. basically i have about 1/8" between the upper uniball cup and the mis spacer.. to keep it safe..
THe rear is setup at 16" right now because the shocks are still mounted at a 1 to 1 ratio. they are only 16" shocks! yes they do tuck into the bed at full bump my rear end is like 2" off the ground!

Yup, the Tundra rear is wider, and will match closer to his wider front end (from the long travel setup) + Wider is better, more stable on high speed turns.

We also run 16"s out back on our red Taco and with a very slight angle forward they can pull a hair over 17" of travel. We are going to go to 18"s though soon for closer to 20". So the 16" travel number is based on the shock stroke then? Have you actually measured how much it's really getting? It could be a tad more or less than 16". Any plans to race that bad boy or pre-run/chase?

no its based on what ive measured out, remember im 1 to 1 on the shock stroke, my mounts are directly on top of the axle, no pitch at all....
my measuring tape is showing 16" from full bump...
also without the shocks the leafs will cycle 18" before seperation.. its not always about travel #'s though, valving plays a huge part in how it acts...

We've been playing with multiple valving configurations for about a year now and still haven't got it exactly where we want it on the red truck although it is infinitely better than stock valving. We've consulted with both Mike Arthur and Dylan Evans, those guys really know their stuff! In fact Mike will be re-valving all of our trucks soon out of his new shop in Riverside, Super Shocks.
So your lower mounts are right on top of the axle and the upper mounts are vertical from there (directly above) as well?
