Hey ya all, I am new to the forum and just wanted to say hi. I bumped into ofrd_grl on another forum and she recommended that I stop by here. I like this forum... No egos from what Ive seen so far and everyone seems to have a good time.
I have an 07 FJC and live near Cleveland; Strongsville to be exact. As of yet my truck is stock aside from a new stereo on order (needed naviagtion, I get lost easily)... But with the arrival of my tax return that is likely to change in the near future.
Anyways, I am looking forward to hitting a few trails. Havent gotten much of a chance to do any wheeling yet... I hit a few spots near Hopkins airport and the metro parks... But I would like to find some more legitimate place to go.
Cheers!

welcome, we're a pretty laid back peacefull bunch here :)
as for more legitamate wheeling not really sure of much that is 1oo% legal up in this area. If you don't mind some driving there is Wellsville/Yellow Creek but the trails there are not exactly "groomed" so you can expect some scratches and dents
as for modding don't go crazy, start with basic stuff: maybe sliders and aggressive tires. as you wheel with it you'll get a feel for it and know where you need to spend your money

Welcome aboard. Terry / 99tantaco has good points about modding your rig. Sliders are a very good addition along with upgraded tires.
