does anyone get this? i have been getting them for almost 2 years and lately i been having problems with them. the last issue i got was back in Sept/Oct. i have emailed them 2 so far about it. anyone else run into this?

I signed up right after they sent the issues out and asked if they could get me the current issue and they did.
