Went to FJ, ran Lower, Upper Woodpeckers, and a new extension to Upper Ajax. To be honest Eric, I do not see how either of the cracks can be driven without severe body damage, windows, and doors being destroyed.

This is what was wrote up for another site, so if you don't know some of these people, too bad!
we BACK
RYAN, BUD, STEVE/JAKE, JEFF/JOSH and me(Steve Sample)
great day. started out cloudy/rain........ended with not a cloud in the sky.
RYAN took tons of pics so he will be posting them.
RYAN busted a REMMINGTON RED LABLE in the entry to LW, changed that out and going again.
i busted both front main leafs on LW right in the notch. RYAN went back to the truck for replacements. replaced the springs and off again.
then BUD snapped a front radius arm in half, he welded a broken spring end of mine to the arm and he and i limped it back to cottonwood rd, went and got his tow rig and trailered it ...............good buy BUD.
i then went to UA and waited for the crew to come down the hill from running UW. JEFF had a tranny leak so good-bye JEFF.
we then went to the extension of UA and ran a virgin trail to us three. the pics will tell that story
ROCK ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
What I said:
Alright, Steve pretty much summed the day up. Rain, breakage, and we only ran LW, UW, and the right extension of UA. Here's the pics

Yea!!! Cracked tranny housing!!
Did Josh tell you how we almost rolled trying to make it back to the road before the tranny was left empty? Blew an Iroc in the process, it was pretty fun to say the least...

WHAT? Judging by the way you left the Upper Ajax area, I could see how this would happen. How did you get back with no spare?

If you would stop going to the mall and buying vagisil you'd have that bitch ready to be beaten already! Get it done for the 5th of May. Elvis with no bypasses, X, and Jackhandle with the optional ending are talking shit. I think you'd have some fun on a bonus trail after Jackhandle too:D

We'll see how it goes this weekend after I crack open the diff to inspect the damages.........I still need to buy a new rim to replace the one I wallowed out all the holes on when I almost lost it leaving X also.

Hey Spinnas...Sean here....with the red buggy. Met cha out at the drop point on CC and 79 yesterday.
That extension of UA is actually pretty old. I ran it years back....but we did it entirely differently. On the first V notch, you go just inside the wall and then turn up and get on top. The 2nd notch you can straddle if you've got fullwidths (like the first black Jeep and the yellow buggy do). Body damage is pretty unlikely if you do it that way....unless you fall in of course. ;)
Cool pics.
Don't know if you were around when I ended up having to leave the group yesterday. Damn hydro system apparently had an air pocket that reduced my steering to manual only just when I pulled into the camp area. Got it home, unloaded it and all of a sudden, I had 1 finger steering again. Ran it for a half hour today to make sure it didn't have any more air bubbles. Seems fine now. Weird.
Hope to see ya out there again. :)

Right on Sean. Planning on running some stuff off of Price Road this weekend. Meeting up at 8am Saturday. Sucks about your steering, I noticed that a bit in the big group that you had something going on. Thanks for the info on the extra stuff after UA. Never know if/when some stuff has been run.
