bushings are shot any ideas?

the lower bushings on my all pro coilovers are blown out. my truck is barely driveable on the street. the bushings on them are the molded vulcanized in type. I called allpro and they couldnt help me so i called bilstine two times and left messages but have not heard back from them yet. bright ideas anybody?
