This is actually for Tennessee, but I know we all love Tellico.
The way I figure it, I know about 20 people or so in Cleveland, TN who don't wheel and won't fill out this survey, so its not actually cheating the government so much as filling out forms for the apathetic, fill this thing out, at the top where it asks for your zip code fill in 37312. Thanks!!! (and its 21-50 miles to Tellico from there, thats on there too).
