87 T-Case won't shift

I just bought a 87 4cyl 4x4 reg cab and it has a problem with the t case. won't shift at all. After locking the hubs and driving forward there is a awful "KAJUNK" every revolution. I am asuming a couple gears are missing teeth. Anyways I was woundering if it could be rebuilt or should I go to the J-yard and pick another one up for 150$

On another note I know someone that wants to get rid of a 87 toy 4x4 long bed with an automatic, fuel injection for about 300$ Any ideas?

If I were you I'd go ahead and buy the 87 Toy for $300 get the t-case out of it and take your messed up t-case and make that your doubler (dual t-case setup) Marlin has the best gears around.
