Extra long studs are machined from 1020 CRS steel in house and coped for a perfect fit, then TIG welded to the housing. The entire housing can be plated for superior corrosion resistance. Studs avilable in various sizes as well a separately.

-1.25"-12 tpi stud has 3.75" of threaded shank
-1.0" -14 tpi stud has 3.25" of threaded shank
-7/8"-18 tpi stud has 3.0" of threaded shank
-3/4"-16 tpi stud has 2.75" of threaded shank

I think you need like levels of parts Jeff, Average wheeler 1/4" stuff, 3/4" shank, hard wheeler 5/16" stuff, 1" shank, and Bernie-proof brackets and joints, 3/8" stuff, 1.25" shank!

I have also seen said joints, bling bling fo sho. Also they are beat your bitch approved.
