Can someone tell me where this link might be, I'm getting ready to put an arb bull bar and warn xd9000 on my 4runner and I cant find this mod.

That's what we did to my frame ends to make my bumper suck in close to the grille.
The frame horns were cut about an inch and-a-half behind where the bolt-on ones end. Then a sleeve was placed inside the frame so that a through bolt could be used in place of the captive nut.
Finally, a plate with a grade-8 captive nut was welded onto the end of the frame. It looks really slick.

It's back. We got caught in the fallout of a Denial of Service attack, but all should be well now.
