Antelope valley fairgrounds...

Has anyone been to the corr racing at that track? I go to every race here in san diego(chula vista) and was thinking of traveling a little north to check out a new track in Sept when they race next. For those that have been to that track, is it worth the drive to stay the wkend up there? I just cant seem to find a pic of the track or any good pics in general of the course.

i am stationed at edwards afb, about 30 min north of A.V. fairgrounds.a few of my buddies went to the last race in april, and they said it was a blast.from what i can see from the freeway,it looks tight

I live in Antelope Valley, I attended both track's.The new track at Chula Vista is awesome:eek: , but I probably won't make the trip again unless they stop coming to the A.V.
The track at A.V. is cool ;) but I don't think it's worth it to travel here,compared to the track at C.V.

My parents live near there and I always go up there to visit them. Was not able to make the last race but my parents did and my father loved it. I watched it on the TV when they re showed it. Other than the race there are lots of trails to go down in the area. The track looked pretty cool and would not be a bad place to spend a weekend at.

i may make the trip for the wkend just to check it out, doesnt sound like a bad track then. im still going to the next race here in chula vista in sept, i was just thinking about spending the wkend up there also...something a little different.
