I am officially a home owner

i just signed on my new house today. i wish i could tell you it had 10 acres of woods and a 8 car garage with lifts. but it is a quant home in the burbs with a private lot. i can see the woods anyway.

Congrats on the House! My Next Door Neighbor has a 4 Car Garage, then a 5 Car Garage, there is a drive over lift inside and a drive on lift outside, plus he has a 2 Car Garage on his House. Its kinda nice to have welching privledge to the lifts, I used his Outside Drive On Lift to Weld Sub Frame Connectors on my Car.

I still remember signing for my first house that I had built. What a feeling and pride. Don't forget that it is not a home, until you hang your first family photo on the wall. :)

Three homes later, Cindy and I have broke ground for our fourth and maybe last home. It has just about everything we want in a house and we are backed up to the woods! It has 3 car garage and I opted for the main bay (2-cars) to be 3 feet longer. Should be completed Feb 2008.
