tire prices? toyo, cooper stt

wowza i was wanting to get some new toyo's for my truck, 267/75/16 and discount tire wanted 260$! a piece. for the stt coopers they wanted 220$ a piece. local distibutor wants 196$ a tire for the stt's. anyone know of better prices or is this as good as it gets? thanks russd

I was told discount would match and beat anybodys price by 10% if you showed them better. I could be wrong though

even if you pay a little more at discount, their warranty is worth gold!! ive used it over 20 different times on 2 sets of mtr's, they never blink an eye and get me a new one

i just bought stt's in 265/75/16 at discount in goodyear @ $185ea for d load range. discount guy down there told me that the whole armor tek 3 deal was only on E range tires? the cooper web site didn't say anything stating that only certain load ranges had that....huh? any body know anything on this? i guess it doesn't matter i already paid for them. i did buy the free replacement warranty though on all 4. one way or another come 20K i'm getting a free set of tires damit.

I think you meant 265/75 R16? and what kind of toyo's? open country a/t, m/t? also I worked at discount for 2 years and I still have connections there. (down in mesa) so if you need some help just let me know.

I just got Yokohama Geolander AT-S (265/75R16) at discount tire for 150 a piece. They gave me a price of 160-170 for the Toyo Open Country AT.

You can buy them online for a cheaper price as well.
