Took a trip over there today and had a good time exploring some trails. I saw a bunch of wildlife. Most of the forest roads are easy, and a car can make it through, but i went down this one trail numbered 234F that was a little muddy, and had a great time on that one, until i got to huge puddle about 60ft long, which i decidedto not go through. had to reverse the entire way out. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew the area pretty well and knew of some good trails that have some realtively easy obstacles in osceola. im not too crazy about hardcore trails were my truck will get scratched up(yet).maybe one day we can make a trip out of it. its only about 40 minutes out of jacksonville. let me know. thanks

a few of us got a map on I-10 south of Oceola and rode for about 12 hours total on 3 trips... we've got TONS of places mapped. The "other" Mike has the northern part mapped out too. I know the trail you are talking about and a stock 06 taco, 4runner on 32's, and a FJ60 on 32's made it... It gets DEEP but if you stick to one side it only goes about half way up the hood... Just post up when you want to go. There are quite a few creek crossings and water holes, a clay pit, ect... also it's all marked

half way up the hood... i dont think i can completely submerge my 07 tacoma just yet, she's only 5 months old. lol. wel if u have some pics of the stuff u guys go through, post em up so i can see if yall r too hardcore for me... also, what area did you guys go through. i went basically up 211 from 250A and then i went to the west side of big gum swamp, and from there just took afew trails west to get back onto the main road. took about 4 hours to get through it all.

77-91..That is Eureka Pit in Ocala national forest. Lots o fun! We turned back on a few water crossings... Andrew or Scott has a pic of me about waist deep trying to find the bottom with a stick... and I didn't have much luck... Btw I'm 6'4"... We backed outta that one. Yeah there is a little too much brush scraping for an 07... Scott's brother brought his 06 and it got too many pin stripes. Pics 95, 96, 100, 102, are Railroad grade... looks WAY worse than it is... 111-143 looks like boston I believe...
