Paragon has adapted a new policy...

Seems you must have a notarized form with the childs age, and the parents signature. It never ceases to amaze me, the lengths that companies must go to , to cover their asses, because of this sue-happy society. :(
Just make sure you have this ahead of time, so we're not driving around bumfuk looking for a notary thats open at 7:00 in the morning the day of the Takeover. Thanks.

I'd sue for descrimination against us little people. :)
I think this would make for a good discussion here. I have a question. Do they have a minimum age requirement? There was nothing in the thread posted. What good will this notarized for be for after getting into the park? So you spend $50 to get a signature verifying your kids age, only have to show it once, then what? Throw it away? What is that signaature worth after you wheel? Where would it be needed?

The way I looked at it was you can bring your own kid no problem, but if you bring someone elses kid, then you need all of the notary BS. I could be talking out my ass for all I know. I think they do have an age limit on who is driving the vehicles, but nothing else.

Wheeling in PA seems to be getting a bit pricey  But I guess I would rather have places to go, then have them being shut down to the anti's.

In the thread that the link pointed to, it made it sound like you needed a notarized waiver even for your own kid(s).

Once and done, they keep your signed waiver on file. And it's for all minors, regardless of who they belong to.

According to Paragons Guidelines
http://www.paragonap.com/adobedocs/Minor_Forms.pdf
You can be atleast 16 with a valid drivers license to be able to drive at the park. However.... if you're a minor (under 18), you must fill out a minor form and have it notorized.

So who is actually bringing kids? I'm bringing my 7 year old son. He's hoping there'll be some other kids at the camp ground. We'll be there Fri and Sat night.
