Daytime running lights...

I've seen 98-00 Tacomas that have daytime running lights and wanted to add them to my 98 Tacoma. I know people have disabled them by cutting a wire on their relay. How could I tell if my 98 Tacoma came pre-wired for daytime running lights and what would be involved to make them work? Thanks

I would love to have DRLs on my truck. It seems that when I have my lights on in the daytime, there are less idiots pulling out in front of me.
