Tires are on!
I went with the 255/85/16 TruXs MT they were the tallest I could find that were not too wide.

Nice pizza cutters! New skid plate too?

Yup got the skid plate to. It is flimsy but it was free so what they hell!
Same Rims I have alawys had...
The rims have the stock back spacing. I had to put 1/2" wheel spacers to clear the new lower control arm though.
Initial impression they are much quieter than any tire I have had that are as aggressive as this. There are a few hils behind my house that I spun like mad with the TA's but these walk right up it withe minumum spin. I am very happy with the performance so far.

I just got the same tires on my 02' last week. The tall, narrow profile really suites these trucks well.

Looks good buddy!
Yeah, I couldnt' be happier with the fit of my BFG MTs in 255-85-16.
No rubbing in Farmington at Takeover! Less rocks hitting my body panels, and I seem to get better highway MPG with the smaller footprint, aired up to 40psi or so. I did notice significant power loss: re-gearing will be required in the future.

Yup I noticed the power loss as well. I wil have the new gears and Lockers in after I get back. Too many projects not enough time.

I will give you a ring tonight. I am thinking of an alternate solution to this dilemma.

4.56 I really wanted 4.88 and hoped that yukon would have them out by now but they are slackers. Not sure where Evolution bought them at though. THe fronts are an OEM overseas product that Toyota uses in some European applications. The rears are aftermarket.
Honestly if they were not sitting at the shop waiting to go in. I would have waited until the 4.88's were ready. But that is mainly because of the 2.7.
The cost just under $1000.00 with master install kits and heavy duty U-Joints. I figured that while the driveline is off I may as well upgrade those as well and now I have a spare set.

Lookin' sharp! Nice tires.
Have you had a chance to air them down yet? They look like they'll be tank treads at low pressure. I hadn't seen that size TruXs before, they look a lot like the Simex ET2s.
