I have a 1996 T100 mostly stock.
After installing a custom steal bumper (front) the ride quality has decreased dramaticly.
The Bumper weighs Approx. 100lbs.
The ride is harsh, and that is putting it lightly.
Feels like the suspension is bottoming out on every bump.

My proposed solution is

Torsion Bars By Sway-a-way $138*2+ship= $282
Shocks Bilstein HD (the yellow ones) $65*4-10%+ship = $245

My questions are

Will this solve my problem? I dont want to waste $550.
Does any one have any input on these products?
Has anyone installed the 1.5" Ball Joint Spacers by 4crawler?

Also
I have seen posts where poeple are paying 200 or 250 for TRD LSD.
I want one, Where can i get one, The cheapest i have found is TRDparts4u.com $360.
And yes i e-mailed KawRider in the LSD for sale thread,

Any info is greatly appreciated

Ummmm- click on the TTORA sponsors link
look for the banner of
Toyota Parts World
www.toyotapartsworld.com

I picked up an LSD back around Christmas time for my bro from TRDParts4u
It was posted in the Sponsors discussion folder at the time

i bought a limited slip from eaton and when i pulled it out of the box trd was stamped on the case and it costed a couple hundred bucks less than the trd wholesale cost you might want to check some of the gear stores as for your torsion bar problem i have a warn winch and brushguard on the front of my 95 t100 all i did was adjusted the torsion bars till the truck sat at the level i wanted and it rides better oh and its free

Scott- I have addressed the lift options in several threads like this:http://www.tacomaterritory.com/forum/showpost.php?p=72437&postcount=1. Most anything for 2nd Gen 4Runners will work on your T100. I'd say skip the t-bars to begin with- the BJ spacers (I also sell the same SDORI ones Roger sells) should give you enough leeway to loosen them up a bit & regain your ride quality. I have personally installed about 6 of the full-tilt lifts and a few more BJ Spacers/Coil Spacer lifts- they are pretty easy & straightforward IMO. I have used OME Nitorcharger Shocks on every oen of these and they work great.

There you go- I just cut your estiamte by over half. :D

We had a huge buy of those LSD's (about 800) late last year, but have sold out. These were Kazuma (TRD Racing) As others have mentioned, Eaton direct may help, also Randy's R&P had a supply of them.

Ill second the balljoint spacers. A good friend of mine installed some 1.5" ones his 92 4runner and has been very pleased. As for shocks you cant go wrong with billsteins or OME.
